Notification No. 1/94 - Inland Air Travel Tax 

            In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Finance Act, 1989(13 of 1989), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, rescinds the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 5/92-INLAND AIR TRAVEL TAX, dated 26^th May, 1992 published vide GSR 557(E), dated the 26^th May, 1992 with effect from the 1^st of February, 1994.
